Brandon Stone is a founding member of the law firm Stone & Britt, LLC. His practice is devoted to serving clients in the areas of collections, criminal defense services, evictions, ejectments, family law, and, juvenile law issues. Brandon has experience handling various matters in all state trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy courts, federal courts in Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Brandon grew up in the River Region and received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University. While at Auburn, he was active in the Pi Lambda Sigma Legal Honor Society and the Criminology Club and was a member of the Auburn University Marching Band. Brandon completed an internship with the United States Marshal Service for the Middle District of Alabama during his senior year.
Stone earned his Juris Doctor degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. While in law school, Brandon was a member of the Christian Legal Society and served on the Delta Theta Phi fraternity board. Brandon continued his commitment to leadership post-graduation and has enjoyed serving in multiple leadership roles, including a term as Elmore County Bar Association President.
