J.C. Webb IV


J.C. Webb head's the firm's appellate litigation; corporate/business; and real estate/construction/land use sections. He represents owners and investors in selling, leasing, and managing real estate properties within Elmore County. He has extensive experience providing strategic business counsel to public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit business entities across Elmore County. J.C. has developed a keen sense of the practical approach that utilizes collaborative and tailored results. He wants to grow Elmore County businesses together.

J.C. grew up in Plains, Georgia, and has lived in the River Region for over 11 years. He received both of his undergraduate degrees from Berry College. Before attending law school, J.C. worked with the Colorado Division of Wildlife on state and federal land development permits (NEPA) for oil, gas, solar, and wind energy development in northeast Colorado.

J.C. earned his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. While at Jones, J.C. served as Vice President of the Christian Legal Society, an intern with the City of Montgomery Development Department, and a School Ambassador.
