J.C. WEBB IV, Esq.

Mr. Stone’s practice is devoted to collections; family and juvenile law; evictions and ejectments; and, criminal defense services for the firm’s clients. He has experience handling a variety of matters in all state trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy court, federal courts in Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stone grew up in the River Region and received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University. While at Auburn, he was active in the Pi Lambda Sigma Legal Honor Society, the Criminology Club, and was a member of the Auburn University Marching Band. During his senior year, Stone completed an internship with the United States Marshal Service for the Middle District of Alabama.

Stone earned his Juris Doctor degree from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He was a member of the Christian Legal Society and served on the board of Delta Theta Phi fraternity. Mr. Stone continued his commitment to leadership post graduation and has enjoyed serving in multiple leadership roles including a term as Elmore County Bar Association President.

Mr. Britt’s practice focuses on estate planning, trusts; probate and elder law; long-term care planning; Medicaid planning; contracts; and, adoptions. He has provided general estate planning services to many Elmore County residents including preparing wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, and various other estate planning tools.
Mr. Britt also serves our country as a member of the Alabama Army National Guard JAG Corp. He is a former member of the Board of Editors for “The Alabama Lawyer,” serves on the Military Law Committee, and holds membership in the Elder Law Section of the Alabama State Bar.
Mr. Britt grew up in Elmore County, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of West Alabama, his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, Faulkner University, and earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Mr. Webb head's the firm’s appellate litigation;

corporate/business; and real estate/construction/land use sections. He represents owners and investors in the sale, lease, and management of real estate properties within Elmore County. Webb has extensive experience providing strategic business counsel to public and private, nonprofit and for-profit business entities across Elmore County. Webb has developed a keen sense for the practical approach that utilizes collaborative and tailored results. He wants to grow Elmore County businesses together.
Mr. Webb grew up in Plains, Georgia and has lived in the River Region for over 11 years. He received both of his undergraduate degrees from Berry College. Prior to attending law school, Webb worked with the Colorado Division of Wildlife on state and federal land development permits (NEPA) in northeast Colorado for oil, gas, solar, and wind energy development.
Webb earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, Faulkner University. While at Jones, Webb served as Vice President of the Christian Legal Society; an intern with the City of Montgomery Development Department, and served as a School Ambassador.
